As a lifelong Marylander, having lived in both Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties, Vince’s knowledge of the Baltimore and Annapolis areas and beyond is extensive. He has spent a large majority of his career building and maintaining partnerships with other local industry professionals and is very confident in the vendors he recommends to his clients. Vince is a member of the Pasadena Business Association and takes great pride in being a part of his community. Vince is a firm believer in giving back and dedicates much of his time to supporting a local charity, SPAN. Vince has also been a long-term sponsor of Connor Sheffield Racing which supports a young boy’s determination to succeed despite his physical health challenges. Additionally, Vince is very adamant about environmental protection and has volunteered with Restore Rock Creek - Patapsco River.

Vince Caropreso is a family man. He and his wife Melinda have five beautiful children and enjoy spending time together. He enjoys cooking Italian recipes that have been passed down by his grandmother. Vince is an avid hunter and fisherman and prefers to spend his time outdoors.

Erin Rogers possesses strong customer service, sales, and marketing talents. Utilizing her talents in the residential real estate field has allowed her to guide over 50 families through the home purchasing and selling journey.

She started her real estate career with Keller Williams Keystone Realty in 2019.  Prior to real estate, Erin managed an event planning and sales staff for National Conference Service, Inc located in Columbia, MD. Her responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing new talent. Erin was responsible for 1/3 of the overall company revenue from 2006-2009. Her team planned, sold, and executed 150 one day events in the United States, Germany, England, and Italy.

Erin earned her real estate license while working for Investment Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate firm in York, PA. She played an integral role in daily operations by making travel arrangements, planning meetings, greeting guests, answering phones, managing office supplies, and all event preparations. She was also involved in organizing listing files, due diligence documents, and site plans.

Mrs. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties. The President of the North Hopewell Winterstown Elementary School. She currently resides in New Freedom, PA with her husband of 20 years, 3 sons, and 1 adorable dog. 

After working eight years as an Operations Technician at a local Baltimore Area Power Plant, Christopher decided it was time for a career change, he became a licensed real estate agent in 2015. In less than five short years, Christopher was recognized as a Top Producing Agent on Team Caropreso, confirming he has found the rewarding career he had been seeking. This led Christopher to obtain his Pennsylvania Real Estate license so he could assist more clients with their real estate needs! 

Christopher is eager, willing, and ready to assist his clients in their home buying journey. He has a love for helping others and prioritizes making each client’s experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of Real Estate, he spends a great deal of his own time supporting the SPCA, The Church (LSBC), Wounded Warrior, United Way, Red Cross, and Harvest for the Hungry. Christopher is a Pennsylvania native and is a raving Philadelphia Eagles fan. 

Bringing 12 years of residential and commercial title processing experience, Jessica Baker is the unsung hero of Team Caropreso. As Client Care Coordinator, Jessica eliminates the added stress of the buying and selling process from each client. She manages paperwork, deadlines and all of the back-end hassles associated with a real estate transaction. 

Jessica is thoroughly trained in every facet of the real estate process and simultaneously supports both our clients and our realtors. Team Caropreso’s seamlessness is often a result of Jessica’s great attention to detail and organization. Jessica takes great pride in making buyers and sellers feel educated and comfortable in their real estate journey.  

As the Marketing Director and Client Care Coordinator for Team Caropreso and The Vince Caropreso Team, Melinda gets to combine her passion for real estate and education. Melinda became a licensed real estate agent in 2011, where she advanced to becoming her team’s leading buyer specialist. Using her interest, knowledge and experience in the industry, Melinda assisted in training and developing a closely-knit team of innovative and successful realtors, who prioritize the client experience.

Melinda graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2000 with a dual degree in Psychology & Social Work. She then went on to obtain her master’s degree in 2006. Melinda’s educational background facilitated her transition into her current team role. She enjoys managing daily operations within the office as well as overseeing the care of current and past clients while providing an array of Marketing Services for both teams. Further, her background has inspired her to be very influential in her local community. She dedicates her time to giving back to the community through fundraising and charitable events held by Team Caropreso. She is passionate about support SPAN, Inc. and Connor Sheffield Racing. Melinda has also volunteered her time at her local church.

Together with her husband, Melinda and Vince have five incredible children. Melinda enjoys spending time with her children, boating on the Magothy River, and making unique crafts for the home.
